We were never quite sure what to make of the Lindsay Lohan lesbian rumors.
Our first, cynical instinct told us to dismiss them as bunk, but we couldn’t shake the feeling that Lohan has, in fact, been getting – and going – down with Samantha Ronson. And we’re only growing more convinced. Consider this:
Insiders told Page Six that Lohan and OK! are in talks to do a cover where Lohan “comes out” about her relationship with gal pal Samantha Ronson, and the mag has offered her “around $1 million to do the cover.” One source said, “Lindsay really wants this to happen and she needs the money.” Lohan’s rep denies there’s a deal, however, saying, “They sent offers and we passed.”
Hmm, denial of a coming out deal, but no denial of a coming out? That’s very unlike straight-laced press flacks.
Curiouser and curiouser…
How about we take this to the next level?
Our newsletter is like a refreshing cocktail (or mocktail) of LGBTQ+ entertainment and pop culture, served up with a side of eye-candy.

At this point, I wouldn’t know if it was a stunt or not…

Be nice if more people took Ellen’s example and actually came out when their career WASN”T in the toilet. I’m sure the gay community isn’t overly excited about having a trainwreck drug addict who has been a laughing stock for years suddenly declare she’s a member of our club. I know I’m not.
CAm
Oh, and one more thing……watch out that she doesn’t “Heche”. If in the interview she says things like “Well I think we’re all bisexual” then you KNOW as soon as her career is back on track it’s time for the quick Hollywood hetro marraige and pregnancy.
Geek-ish
I’m all for gay visibility, but every time I hear this story, my first reaction is, “Oh. Oh please don’t, girl. We don’t need this press.”
It’s not fair, I know. It’s her life, and there isn’t a collective queer “we” that can control what she does (although there should be). I’m experiencing some guilt about this, but it’s the truth.
P.S. Cam, care to make it interesting? I have money on her Heche-ing within 18 months.

Check out the Lohan/ Ronson vid I put together as a celebration of their relationship!

LOL! Geek-Ish, Hmm, I think 18 months is right on the money, I can’t decide whether to take the under or over on that bet, it would depend on the odds, but I don’t think 12 months would be out of the question.
As for not wanting her in the club…Thats why I keep praying that people like Andy Dick, and Richard Simmons will just keep staying in the closet.

I kind of think this would be good for gay visibility. Afterall, it’s gay men that are stereotyped as being drugged-up, sex-addicted party-goers; not lesbians. So I don’t think it would really add to that particular stereotype anyway.

Hi Geek,
I think 18months sounds about right….for either going into rehab or becoming “Straight” again!
Mr. X
I think it’s sad and hypocritical how gay men are saying that once bisexual women like Heche and Lohan do come out they complain when they decide to get involved in a relationship with a man instead of a woman.
How’s that for wanting equality?
I know that they’re celebrities and all but still, what if this was a regular person? Would you still feel the same way?
