Well I wouldn’t go so far as to say he’s all that interesting. But, he’s actually not a bad actor in the latest “Gays gone wild” thingy, and he did get quite a start by performing underage (and causing a lot of sleepless nights in the Adult world where that is the third rail and for good reason). He’s also able to enjoy himself and hasn’t turned into a complete freak like a lot of adult performers. If I were you i would ask him to blog for you from the GayVN’s in 2009. He’s not a bad writer, either.

Well with so many negative things being said about Brent since the whole Harlow thing (forgive me for bringing it up Brent, as I’m sure you don’t need to be reminded of it over and over), what about something positive for a change. Here is a hot, and extremely hot, young man who entered the biz hoping to do what he wanted to do and make his mark on the industry. He busys his back trying to get somewhere only to be knocked down by every critic and opponent out there. As things seem to finally be turning direction in his favor, I can only say I admire his spirit for sticking with it and holding his own despite all the things that seemed to be holding him back. He deserves to be recognized for his achievements in the industry and his work should be so much more appreciated by everyone…..I for one happen to be one of his biggest fans and continue to support him and stand behind him all the way and wish him nothng but complete success with future endeavors. I personally fell for him the moment I first laid eyes on him. How can one not resist what he’s got to offer?……devastatingly good looks, multi level talent, intelligence, personality, etc.. Some of the comments here really irk me. Particularly the one referencing children. When he entered the pornography business underage (by one year), he was more adult than the people around him. He just lacked the knowledge that comes from experience. He has gained that experience in a cruel way. Many would crumble. Many would give up. Not this MAN! Despite what some people here have posted, Brent is really great young man. I’ve had the opportunity of working with him on several occasions now. He’s acted in two of my (non-porn) short films, the first one, TELL ME, is available at doorQ.com, the second one IN THE CLOSET, will appear there later this year.
As good a porn star as he is, and by all measures he’s great, he’s an even better actor, made more remarkable by the fact that he hasn’t taken any classes. He’s appeared in only a handful of films. His role in CLOSET really speaks to the fact that he’s got a career ahead of him in the gay or the indie movie scenes.

I want to echo what Jody said. I’ve worked with Brent on two projects, both charity fundraisers for Community United Against Violence, an agency in San Francisco that provides emergency services and support for LGBT victims of hate crimes and domestic abuse. These two fundraisers ended up raising a net total of $7,500 for an agency or whom every dollar counts. The first one, in fact, made the difference between whether or not they would make payroll that month. (And as a then-Board Member and then-Treasurer, I can swear on a Bible that it’s the literal truth.) The second Brent initiated on his own and did the lion’s share of the organizing and publicity.

At that time I found that he is a warm, kind, sincere, loving and most of all mature young man. Brents life was rough leaving his home at a very young age.
