Thursday night at New York’s Darby Downstairs, the legendary Jane Fonda sat down with Bravo’s Andy Cohen to discuss the 40th anniversary of Klute, the classic thriller directed by Alan J. Pakula and co-starring Donald Sutherland. Fonda (giving full-on Bree Daniels realness in thigh-highs and a mini skirt) shared anecdotes from the filming – such as the affair she was having with Sutherland – then Sandra Bernhard and Paper magazine’s Mickey Boardman helped lead a live auction of some of the movie’s items, including Fonda’s iconic trench. The evening and the auction benefited Fonda’s Georgia Campaign for Adolescent Pregnancy Prevention, which she founded in 1995.
