Mollygood editor Whitney Little on homosexual entertainer Lance Bass' Dancing With The Stars debut: …I can't imagine watching this ballroom competition on a regular basis for the next few months. The only thing keeping me around is the promise of future husband Lance Bass, who is also being wooed by his partner, So You Think You Can Dance alum Lacey Schwimmer. After dancing the cha cha, she confesses that she once believed Lance would marry her. Pshh, please. This from a girl who thought Bass would marry her? Indeed! |

Today's Afternoon Aural goes out to Mollygood editor Whitney Little, who's first full-length album was Tragic Kingdom. And her favorite song on that album was Sunday Morning, hence the video above. When asked if she had been going through a messy eleven-year old breakup and identified with the song's story, Ms. Little answered, "I didn't get it. I just danced around my room." That's reason 1,383 why we love Whitney Little. Reason 1,384: her first single was Hanson's "MMMBop." Precious! |

Posting two music videos a day can get a little tiresome, so we often ask our colleagues whether or not they have any aural suggestions. Actually, we usually just send them an instant message that says "aural?" Most of the time they just ignore us, but little Whitney Little - Jossip intern turned Mollygood associate editor - usually offers us all sorts of enthusiastic suggestions, most of them bad. (She did declare her love for Lance Bass, remember?) Today, however, Whitney surprised us and suggested a song we actually like: "Hard To Handle" by the Black Crowes. And she's absolutely thrilled to itty-bits that we agreed to post this 1990 single, that she literally squealed with joy. Or we're assuming she did, because she's that kind of girl - and that's why we love her. |

First up, Lance Bass loving Whitney laments the boy bander's visit to Bette Midler's The Showgirl Must Go On last night. You gossip mongers should note that Lance is pictured with Ben Thigpen. Glad to see they worked through that alleged skid. Meanwhile, over in Jossip land, tongues are wagging over some love connection speculation: "After watching the Project Runway Reunion Special last night, did anyone else think that Chris March and Rami were together?" And, finally, we have Janet Jackson on Vibe over at Stereohyped. Jackson's not a lezzy, but we won't hold it against her. |

• Did you know that gay news is "adult"? UK-based Vodaphone, which has interests around the world including a joint venture, Verizon Wireless, in America, puts a block on access to this site – and on the highly-reputable Gay City News in New York – deeming the content to be “adult” in nature. We understand the world's an ugly place, but this is just ridiculous! • Indiana Jones mania begins at Vanity Fair. Next stop: the world! |

A Young Girl's Rough Road To Realization
Says the gay entertainer: People do stupid things in the heat of the moment. I've been in Vegas where I've gotten married for like five minutes, but no one talks about it, though. In fact, the only reason we did it is because we wanted to get free drinks all night…and we didn't get one. We're like,`We just got married,' and they're like, `Ah, whatever.' The earth-shaking news no doubt pained Jossip's sweet faced intern, Whitney Little. The Texas transplant recently revealed to us that she's been nursing a ten-year crush on Mr. Bass. After laughing for about an hour, we asked Ms. Whitney to elaborate on her imaginary love affair with the gay singer, an affair that continued until just last week. Read Whitney's lovesick ramblings, after the jump. |
