Hey, um Queerty, how about a little update on the Civil Rights section of WhiteHouse.gov. I just went to it and found the following. How is this erasing everything about gay rights on the website? So confused:
Strengthen Anti-Discrimination Laws
On January 29, 2009, President Obama signed the Lilly Ledbetter Fair Pay Restoration Act to ensure that all Americans receive equal pay for equal work. The President is committed to expanding funding for the Justice Department’s Civil Rights Division to ensure that voting rights are protected and Americans do not suffer from increased discrimination during a time of economic distress. President Obama also continues to support the Employment Non-Discrimination Act and believes that our anti-discrimination employment laws should be expanded to include sexual orientation and gender identity. He supports full civil unions and federal rights for LGBT couples and opposes a constitutional ban on same-sex marriage. He supports changing Don’t Ask Don’t Tell in a sensible way that strengthens our armed forces and our national security, and also believes that we must ensure adoption rights for all couples and individuals, regardless of their sexual orientation.

“[H]er ability to expose liberals . . .”? I know I ought to know better than to pay even the slightest bit of attention to anything this rotten creep says but expose what? The extremists like her are so phenomenally paranoid – or pretend to be, in order to sell books and other merchandise to paranoid people – that they think being direct about anything at all is an exposé. They spend their entire lives speaking in code (because they know that it’s not really socially acceptable to be as hateful and rage-filled and racist and homophobic and fearful as they are) and they think anyone who speaks their mind is capable of being “exposed.” What a sad way to live.
Sorry Ann, I think it was Katie Couric who “exposed” Palin for what she was: a fraudulent, pea-brained egomaniac with no real qualifications but a hefty sense of entitlement.
ya know…all that occurs to me to add is MAVERICK.
Why are you worrying, Ann? Cheney, Bush, Rove and Rush have already achieved this many times over. And if you want female competitors, Bachman, Musgrave, Gallagher and Kern have all been equally spectacular in earning the detestation of the more enlightened of your fellow humans.

I assumed she must be a drag queen, but only because she said that women shouldn’t be allowed to vote. So either Ann doesn’t vote, or she’s really a man.

honestly, ann coulter probably doesn’t believe even 1/4 of what she says. (not that that excuses her diatribes.) she, like bill mahr, acts extreme to sell books and book cable-news appearances. incidentally, she and mahr are good friends.
