It seems like everyone stopped caring about Chaz Bono turning everyone’s kids transgender after his Dancing With The Stars debut. But Chaz is still on the show, you realize. And though his dance partner Lacey Schwimmer does a majority of the moving, Chaz’s second week performance still shows some promise and skill—don’t count him out yet.
I can’t really bring myself to care, the only reason Bono is even ON Dancing with the Stars is because he’s an ex-child-celebrity of an ex-celebrity.

I love DWTS, it’s one of my guilty pleasures, and I loved that Chaz was going to be on. I thought “one small step for the transgender community”. But, after last nights performance, I think Chaz needs to go. A dancer he isn’t.

I’m glad he was put on the show, despite all the needless bitching from ignorant folk. However, his dancing isn’t getting any better (may even be getting worse) from week to week. As much as I support him, he’s likely to go pretty soon and honestly, it’s only right.

Cher tweeted yesterday that she wants to be at the show next week. I bet that is enough to keep Chaz on the show another week.
·
@Vidur: Maybe ex-celebrity is a little harsh. What I mean is, back in her day she was a A list, now she has slid out of the limelight a bit. I didn’t mean to say that she’s any less of a performer or anything, just that she’s not starring in any movies lately, hosting any TV shows, or anything like that.
But the fact that she’s making a CD is news to me, so I stand corrected.

I hated seeing all the sobbing because one of the trim & beautiful women got kicked off the show last night… as if no good dancer has ever been booted off before. Sorry, I can’t sob for some young babe I have never heard of before. It’s just a fucking game. Get over it!

@Oh Dear (John From England): I just, just turned 30 + I would’ve said it in my twenties. }: O
@Hephaestion: Well, in all fairness, Kristin shouldn’t have been booted. There were far worse dancers than her + even though I’m not a fan, I can understand the uproar. It reminds me of the latest episode of The Sing-Off when a much, much better group got sent home before a so-so one. But, yeah, it happens. Unfortunately.

I’m definitely “Pro-Bono” but his performance last night was lackluster. I think he may go home. By now, the dancers are improving, or at least should be improving.
