Because defendant Brandon McInerney’s (pictured) counsel want another delay in the murder trial, where the kid stands accused of shooting to death 15-year-old classmate Lawrence King while other students watched.
And if Ventura County Superior Court Judge Charles Campbell doesn’t grant it, he’s not being “fair.” The choice to recuse himself is Campbell’s. Did we mention Mr. McInerney, who is pleading not guilty, allegedly shot King in front other other students?

The lawyers for that little scumbag are attempting to muddy the waters as much as possilbe to lay the groundwork for as confusing a case as possible. McInerney walked into a computer lab and shot the kid point blank in the head twice in front of other students. After lingering for a few days, Lawrence was taken off life support and his organs were donated to those needing them. There is zero doubt as to who killed
Lawrence King in a clearly premediated act.
McInerney was offered a plea deal for 25 years, with the chance for parole. He would have served about 17 years for killing another teen and been free and able to resume his life. And yet these vile reprehensive lawyers are surely counting on creating as many diversions and motions as they can muster in the hope that they can get one single juror to vote not guilty.
And the sad unfortuate part??? I think there is a farily good chance they can to succeed………
