Why The Gay Porn Found In Gaddafi’s Home Was Probably Planted

This weekend Libyan rebels raided the mansion belonging to Muammar Gaddafi’s 38-year-old son, Al-Saadi. Apart from Al-Saadi’s gilt-handle toothbrush, yacht and car catalogs, and Diesel jeans, the rebels also claimed to find a gay porn DVD entitled “Boyz Tracks.” But in all likelihood this is a scam.

The story comes from rebels who want to discredit the Gaddafi regime and what better way to do that than claiming that Gaddafi’s own son broke both Libyan and Islamic laws forbidding homosexual activity? And, really, who owns just one porn DVD? Yeah, no.

Unless Al-Saadi took all the rest of his twink porn when fleeing the palace, this story is probably bunk.

Boyz in the title makes you a potential pedophile? This is the most ridiculous thing you’ve ever written. It is highly doubtful that even if it were true for U.S. Americans, it most likely does not transliterate as such or as the same way.
What an awful article, even if the planting of the video had had any merit.

Actually, this is an old CIA trick, to plant “gay evidence” or to start rumors to that effect. They did the same thing to Sadam Hussein before the invasion. So, you may be on to something, afterall.

I think it could be real. This is Libya. He’s probably buying porn from underground dealers on the street or in shady book stores, i.e. pirated shit! We’re talking about some Libyan with a internet connection and a DVD burner. The cover is probably a low quality color office print! It doesn’t have to be a glossy covered studio production.

What it’s saying is: if you’re the type of person who would be scandalized to learn someone had a gay porn DVD—which is to say exactly the type of person intended to hear about this by the fakers, if it’s a fake—you’re the kind who would think of pedophilia when they heard a title like that. If it was planted, the article is almost certainly right about the title being chosen for shock value.

@LukeM – Ghadaffi’s son would not need to buy porn from a street dealer. He could simply have flown Daddy’s (or his own) private jet to another country to buy porn.

Years ago, this son of Ghadaffi lived for some time here in Vienna, Austria, where I am living, and him being gay was widely known in the local gay community and even hinted in the national media. So, I doubt this is a plant by the rebels.

I’m Libyan, so let me give you my 2 cents about the subject. It’s a well known fact for years now that Saadi is Bi. Stories about his homosexual escapades/scandals have been a stable in the gossip of the Libyan high class circles.

The KGB planted lies about J Edgar Hoover cross-dressing in the 60′s and those lies took hold here and still most people believe them.

The KGB, like everyone else, knew that J Edgar Hoover was gay, and they knew that the public was dumb enough to believe that ALL gay men cross-dress, so it was a very smart lie to plant in order to dehumanize Hoover.

When KGB vaults were opened in 1991 they found out about this lie. It was in the news for a while, but most people forgot about that news soon because the lie was so widespread. It still hangs on, but it’s a KGB-created lie.

It doesn’t matter if he is gay or not….. well he is kind of good looking …. I wonder how many libyans have gay or straight porn hidden away somewhere? How many Libyan men have hired a prostitute? How many libyan men on the down low? How many libyan men beet their wives. My guess libyan men like a lot of men are not as straight and narrow as they would have you believe.
