Not so much. My mom said “don’t let anyone be mean to you.” I was like, “Are you new here?!” I’ve mellowed slightly with age but I am still the meanest person I know.

Yup!! and they still do.

Nope. Both my parents were okay with me being bisexual, but I’d say my father is more accepting. My mother is the type that can accept it but doesn’t particularly want to hear about my relationships with other guys whereas she does seem rather inquisitive/nosy when I’m dating a woman. I’d also like to include that dad is a republican and mom is the democrat.
@Glücklich: You don’t seem mean on here. You’re rather nice and neutral most times.

I wish Sam would get some original new material. I have seen this 1000x over. And it was better when it featured beyonce as background vocals

@Masc Pride: Why do you care what they think if “they don’t need to know your business?” I thought you were a staunch defender of the closet! 😉

@zooby: What?

My father did. My mother threw a party.

No, I managed to hide it without their even knowing until they died. I came out to my sister first–she said, “DUH!,” and she told the rest of the family in the waiting room while my Dad was having quadruple bypass surgery. She was never good at keeping secrets–she got me back for letting the cat out of the bag about her pregnancy before marriage, but I dreamed that she told me that, how was I to know the dream was true!

They kinda tried but didn’t work. Apparently ð???

The only thing my father asked was that I not tell my grandparents. As they were in their 80s at the time, I was totally okay with that. Otherwise my parents have always been super cool.

No my parents were amazing. They new since I was little that I was so flamboyant and effeminate that they couldn’t hide it.

@Masc Pride:
Kyle Richards would disagree.
