Not many can say they have taken a work of Shakespeare, flipped it on its head, and made it the tale of a Black queer man. But Philadelphia-based playwright James Ijames can comfortably talk all about it. Last year, his play Fat Ham revolutionized theater with its unique interpretation of the tragedy Hamlet.
