‘RuPaul’s Drag Race’ gets a huge season 10 announcement that gay bars will LOVE

“In a world full of nines, be a ten,” counsels Our Lady of Divine Slayage RuPaul in the season 10 teaser for RuPaul’s Drag Race, set to premiere March 22nd on VH1 — a Thursday if you’re wondering (you’re welcome gay bars, no more sharing your Friday with a TV show).

Come through double-digit decade dramatics!

You’re barely going to have time to breathe between the All Stars season 3 finale and the Drag Race season 10 premiere, so stock up on a case of Alyssa Edwards GoGo Juice™ and find a nice padded perch on which to commence the gags, the clocks, the shade and the touching backstories of overcoming adversity.

Oh and speaking of padding, each episode of the upcoming season will be 90 minutes. That’s a full 50% more of this:

Since each season tries to up the ante of jaw-droppery, you had better believe Ru and the gang are going all out for the big 1-0.

“To celebrate a decade of Drag Race we’ve pulled out all the stops,” Ru announced. “The queens, the challenges and the shenanigans are off the mother-tucking charts.”

He added: “And I’m thrilled that Untucked is back on VH1. ‘Cause, henny, if you ain’t watching Untucked, you’re only getting half the story. Okurrr?”

Mark those calendars and dive in, divas — March 22nd.
