Glenn Greenwald is gonna be perturbed: The Senate Judiciary Committee is today expected to approve Elena Kagan’s Supreme Court nomination today, sending it to a full Senate vote. A new WaPo-ABC poll says the majority of Americans support her nomination by a 2:1 ratio. They’re also so bored by it.
