Well this is a nice little gift to the gays: Logo just launched a brand new app that basically amounts to the TV network living in your pocket. (But there’s a catch.)
Where to begin with this treasure trove? First of all, there’s a twenty-one minute (!) highlight reel of the best moments of RuPaul’s Drag Race. And get this: the new season premieres on February 17th in the app. (The TV premiere happens a week later on the 24th.)
Plus: movies. Like, movies you can’t stream on Netflix. Children of God, Were the World Mine, I Love You Philip Morris, Latter Days, Dorian Blues, and Noah’s Arc: The Movie.
Plus: shows! Current season and back episodes of Drag Race, The A-List: New York,” “Noah’s Arc,” WHAT!? Logo Documentaries, and our personal favorite, “Jeffery & Cole Casserole” and Louis Virtel’s “Weeklings!”
But now, here’s the catch: a couple of titles aren’t exactly freely available. A couple movies require that you sign in with your cable provider, which, oh lord, are people seriously still subscribing to cable? Come on.
But that little hiccup aside, there’s enough video content here to render you completely unproductive for weeks. Have at it, homos.
