PHOTO: We’ve reached another milestone in the path to full equality—now gay couples can also groan when they realize their joined names are hilarious double entendres.

Matthew Johnson and Kenneth Holder were married on Friday, October 12, 2012 at Sky Meadow Country Club in Nashua, New Hampshire in the presence of family and close friends. Their union was celebrated in the gazebo garden with a spectacular backdrop of autumn colored trees and foliage.

Two potential power couples among my friends, had they got married; Squelch-Rimmer and, I shit you not, Fudge-Hole.

Is that how they came up with the name for the new Tom Cruise film, “Jack Reacher”? Does no one else find that amusing?

If and when I marry, I do not want a hyphenated name. My last name is long and hard to pronounce enough as it is. If my husband does not wish to take my name, then I will gladly take his instead.
