    Hooray for the author….captain obvious. Seriously QUEERTY, this isn’t a story, just a headline and a snarky comment — something that’s becoming more and more regular on here.

    It helps aside from fat having enough muscle, it did for me, lots of fights, one but lost, one interrupted the rest however were won.

    My classmates mistakenly saw being nice and even slightly fem for weakness, wrong.

    HOLD ON!!!! Fat kids? Gay kids? They get picked on the most?!!?! STOP THE PRESSES!!!! All this time, I thought it was hot, toned, straight, white people who were at most risk of being picked on!

    Thanks for clearing that up Queerty!

    @Geoff M: LOL!

  • Hyhybt

    I’ve always wondered why I was never bullied or picked on in school.

  • Jayson

    I have to say, I’m very surprised that fat kids get teased considering 90% of them today are fat! Driving many local school bus stops on the way to work, I cannot get over how many young kids are fat. I guess if your a fat sissy than you’re screwed.

  • Fitz

    @Jayson: Agreed. I see far more acceptance (not in the good way) of obesity in youth.

  • Stitch

    I was fat, gay, adopted and disabled. Anyone want to guess whether or not I was bullied?

  • Felix

    I’m a middle school teacher. Fat kids DO not get bullied as much as gay kids. Why? Because most of the kids today ARE fat. Simple.

  • Mr. Enemabag Jones

    I was fat all through grade school and high school, but I was never bullied. However, I did see other fat kids bullied and ridiculed. I never quite understood why I got a pass and the others did not.

    I was the bully at school sadly. Perhaps that’s why I had my first same sex encounter at age nine.
