Despite the fedora, the Internet has been working overtime to unearth any bits of biography they can find about Kevin Spacey’s mysterious Emmys companion; he of the studly visage and cheekbones you could slice Provolone on. Who was this man, and why was he wearing so many goddamn bracelets? Speculation abounded.
Was he part of some creepy crop-centric cult?

Where were his stylists, and why didn’t Spacey intervene?

Where was his mysterious date while Spacey wrapped his lips around this Emmy sandwich?
How about we take this to the next level?
Our newsletter is like a refreshing cocktail (or mocktail) of LGBTQ+ entertainment and pop culture, served up with a side of eye-candy.

As speculation reached fever pitch, Buzzfeed rose to the occasion and delivered the goods: That behatted man of intrigue is a certain 43-year-old Evan Lowenstein; a talent manager who was formerly half of Evan and Jaron, a duosome that consisted of two identical twins who are most notable for smoldering their way through an unavoidable, way heteronormative 2000 single called “Crazy For This Girl.”
Remember this old chestnut?
These days, he’s Kevin Spacey’s talent manager, which unquestionably explains his Emmys appearance.
Case closed.
But we still have some questions about the hat.

Was “THE HAT” nominated for an award?

Kevin Spacey has been rumored to be gay for ages… but he has denied it publicly on several occasions. He does support the LGBT community. So… why not leave him alone?
If a public LGBT person is unwilling to stand-up proudly for the community, and they do the community no harm, then leave them be.
To be frank, they do not deserve such an honor to speak for millions of amazing people.
That is where (I think) we need to be with these situations.

Kevin Spacey has been a twink lover his entire life. They are always white and young.

OMG, isn’t every Spacey boyfriend Korny McKornhole?

Studly?
OzJosh
@ddevine: Not true. A few have been Asian and young.

Ooh, catty gossip about a celebrity. If some avowed anti-gay person or group did this we’d be throwing eggs at them. Yet why are gay publications so often at the forefront of this nonsense?
Word up: IT’S NOBODY’S BUSINESS.
orjeffy
That guy is definitely too old for Mr. Spacey

@dean089: He’s a public figure. That ship sailed last century. Spacey is pro-gay, and isn’t ready to come out (yet). So let’s all play along and assume that closet door is closed. He’s not harming anyone but himself by keeping up this “I’m not gay facade.”

@jdboston617: What’s to leave him alome about? “Leave me alone! Leave me alone I’m not one of THOSE people!”

Studly? Hardly.

@ddevine: Guilty as charged…horribly closeted queen is a total twink chaser before he escaped from American tabloids to merry ole England.

He’s gayer than sunshine and has a thing for ballet dancers.

@dean089: So true! The “We can do it, but they can’t” logic strikes again…and again and again. Always stupid and immature. However, unlike slur reappropriation, whether a straight or gay person speculates on one’s sexuality or outright outs another bi/gay person, it’s essentially the exact same action. It’s not like either side is doing it out of any kind of kinship or unity.
jdboston617
@Baba Booey Fafa Fooey: My point was to leave speculations about celebrities being gay/bi if they deny it. Unless they are spreading hate about the LGBT community, then I don’t think we should keep insinuating that they are queer. He/She says – I’m not. Then fine. Regardless if that is fact or not. We don’t need them representing us anyway.

…and this is why he won’t officially come out.
He finally takes a boy to the prom and the masses dive into his personal life.
Truth-is-Truthy
Wait what? He’s 43? He looks 25. Damn good genes.
