But outside a recent show, the singer ran into a street preacher who didn’t like all “the homo stuff” she promotes. “Most of your problem is you got raised in a screwy religion,” he tells her after she mentions her Catholic upbringing. No, most of Gaga’s problems have to do with not being able to squeeze enough angular shapes into her wardrobe.

@McMike: Did you notice how the video ended abruptly? Her message is love, and not to spread hate, even to ignorant people, so frankly, she probably doesn’t want her fans to engage these people, but will do so herself. But really, if a fan saw Lady Gaga verbally bash a homophobe, then a lot of them would try and do the same, and it might not end well for some of them. Not everybody has security guards…

we had protesters outside the show when I went. I quoted some Bible verses right back at them about love and not judging, it shut them up for a few minutes at least
