Former BBC comedy writer Len Richmond’s breaking new ground with his new book, Naked In Paradise: The True Story of Three Men in Love. In this “erotic and hilarious” tome, Richmond, who penned the widely-acclaimed television series, Agony, explores the criss-crossing loves of an obsessive-compulsive writer, an academic who can’t stop thinking about sex and an aging hunk.

In addition to writing the book, Richmond’s been self-promoting it. And it seems to be paying off” Naked currently stands at 45 on Amazon’s gay best-seller list. We haven’t had a chance to read it yet, but overstuffed Bruce Villanch did:

There is no excuse for Len Richmond using that unauthorized photo of me on the jacket of his new novel. There are, however, plenty of excuses for the novel, which is Richmond-rich with funny portraits of all the boyfriends you’ve ever had, some of them only in your dreams and one or two only in your nightmares.

Wait, we’re going to be reminded of all our boyfriends? How long’s this book, like a billion pages?
