Representative Robert Andrews (D-NJ) will chair this historic hearing, and Retired Army Colonel Diane Schroer, an ACLU client, will serve as a witness. The ACLU is currently representing Schroer in a Title VII sex discrimination lawsuit against the Library of Congress.
