While some of us girls will be donning the shirtdress next season, it’s obvious by some of the comments that the trend is not for everyone. This New York Fashion Week, a bunch of loose bottoms have been spotted on (and off) the runway. Check out some of our favorites.
Bespoken
Just as its name suggest, Bespoken has always focused on their tailoring. By going for a more sporty route, these sweats don’t look half bad all dressed up.
Patrik Ervell
Ervell is s stickler for fits. He’s one of the few people that could stick models in oversized pants and make it appear to be so effortless.
Robert Geller
Geller was inspired by Russia for his latest collection which is why the models looks like they belong in a Moscow winter. Who cares about the season when you have baggy woolen trousers?
Public School
The #menswear darlings of Public School have been killing draping for the modern gent for a couple seasons and seem to have it down to a science.
Tim Coppens
You will never be able to look at athletic pants the same after flipping through the Tim Coppens show. If every gay sports team doesn’t wear these over their uniforms than there needs to be some major judgement.

hmmm… well, not quite the “omg you must be kidding me” reaction i had with the last “trend” report on the hideous shirt-dress things… this one is about a 50/50 split for me… the patrick ervell collection is not bad, and the public school collection is actually really nice… the rest are a waste tho. what i REALLY want from this are the sandals the patrick ervell model is wearing. lol

Some of the jackets are a bit interesting, but pairing them with a reworked sweatpant = no. I’m so tired of baggy this, baggy that.
