Stealing the screen from Twilight hottie Michael Welch, transgender actress Michelle Hendley makes her auspicious screen debut in the heartwarming romantic comedy, Boy Meets Girl (out today on cable and VOD outlets including iTunes, Comcast, WolfeOnDemand.com and others). It’s just great that finally, a studio used as transgender actress to play a transgender woman. However, the trailer look hella cliche, so I’ll probably skip this one.

“Different for Girls” was made in 1996, and is the first film about a transwoman that gets it right.
Both the good and the bad.
Yes it would have been nice if it was made with a male to female transsexual in the role but all things considered it took being transgender out of the closet.
