It’s more than likely you’re completely sick of a certain hit anthem about release from a hit Disney movie that rhymes with “chosen.”
It makes perfect sense.
But at a recent Idina Menzel appearance, something happened on the original “Let It Go” singer’s stage that will almost make you forget you’ve heard the song 40K times over the last few years (double that if you have young nephews or nieces).
She pulled a boy up on stage and asked him to sing — and the rest is magic.
Start your week off right with this hearty dose of optimism before the news inevitably turns grim:

I just love that the girl in the bright green dress was not having any of this. “Why is none of the attention on me? >:| “

Props for the excellent singing voice, but that doesn’t excuse or compensate for the effeminacy. His father needs to work with him on that.

The only adults who need to reevaluate their parenting methods are yours, you rude child. This young man’s folks are obviously doing an awesome job.

I’m not a child. I’m 22 which is a full adult. That boy’s dad needs to take him out and show him how to be a boy. He is never going to have any self-respect or any male peers if he acts like that. Did you notice that he is the only boy in that entire video? That’s his entire future unless he gets sorted out. There is nothing better than being a boy and hanging with your buddies. He’s gonna miss out on that while he stays inside like a delicate flower singing Frozen songs.

You may be 22, but with an attitude like that, you have a lot of growing up to do. You have no idea what this young man’s developmental environment looks like. All that you and I have to go on is what we see here in this video, kid looks pretty happy to me.
My partner and I saw Idina on this tour a few weeks ago here in DC, and there were a couple of boys like this young man who were the absolute hit of the show. One of the boys’ parents (a man and a woman, FWIW) absolutely ecstatic that their son got up on stage and got to sing with Idina. I got the impression that the other little boy and some of the girls were friends of his.
Long story short, please don’t jump to conclusions when you see videos like this. Just revel in the pure joy and happiness of these children. You’re 22 years old. Take it from someone who’s more than twice your age — you’re far too young to be that cynical.

Danny Said That boy’s dad needs to take him out and show him how to be a boy. He is never going to have any self-respect or any male peers if he acts like that.
And you act like being a man is the best thing since white bread. You plain and simply have no respect for others differences, so much so it appears your dad did a horrible job raising you. @22 you are about as mature as fly larva.

Kid’s got a voice, for sure.

Good for idina for letting him.sing twice.first time the audience drownded him out..on key and acapella… he wI’ll be on Ellen next..just wait…

Yep. I can’t stand the way Americans scream through performances. I’m glad I’m not the only one. Did you ever see that amazing dance routine, 12 Gays of Xmas? Totally wrecked by screaming Americans. So yep, telling the audience to cool it to let the future star of Ellen (as you so rightly predict) was just what Frozen deserves. Cheers!

What an adorable and talented little boy!
