Cheating Anti-Gay CAA ssemblyman Michael Duvall Will Be Left Alone By Investigators

California State Assemblyman Michael Duvall — who revealed he cheated on his wife and mother of his two kids when a live mic caught a conversation he was having about ejaculating inside his mistresses — will not face an investigation from Attorney General Jerry Brown. Says a spokesman: “Even if the publicly reported behavior is proven to be true, it would not constitute a violation of California law.” Just his morals, which are evidently quite flexible.
