Daniel Rodriguez, the second suspect accused of the savage beating of Jack Price in Queens, New York, was apprehended by police in Virginia. “On Tuesday, the United States Marshals Service arrested one of the suspects, Daniel Rodriguez, 21, in Norfolk, Va. Mr. Rodriguez, who has family in the area, was located through tips to the New York Police Department’s Real Time Crime Center, the police said. Charges in New York were pending, the police said, but it was unclear Tuesday night precisely when Mr. Rodriguez would be extradited.”
I can not wait for this little sub-human scumbag get his comeuppence in prison. He is a twinkly little bitch. His ass is going to be hurting for decades. I hope he is “welcomed” on to the block by multiple “train rides”…….

The problem is incarceration is no longer punishment in our society…at least not for scum like this. It is just a free ride from the taxpayers.
He needs to be put to work in the salt mines.
Really would prefer an eye-for-an-eye in cases like this.

yeah. I’ve often thought that chain gangs of some type should be brought back. TV and stuff is too comfy. They get basketball, can lift weights to get stronger to mug more people. It’s stupid. Put them to actual work. I don’t have time to play basketball and neither should they.

@ OH BOY. Yep, seems like incarceration for youths these days is a rite of passage. A way to raise their social statuses. Soon he’ll have a rap record out and winning grammys.
A good punishment would be some form of new torture every single day he’s locked up. Lose a nail one day, a toe the next…a knee cap maybe? oh and no pain killers, otherwise, it just defeats the purpose of the lesson.
