No Referendum 71 Names Until Supreme Court OKs It

Not only did Protect Marriage Washington’s appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court to keep secret the signatures of its Referendum 71 petition, but in accepting to possibly hear the case, the Court ruled that the names cannot be released until it’s made a decision about whether to give a shit.

Well, that makes sense: they could hardly *un*release the names later.
