Last weekend marked the eighth annual Hookies Awards. The self-proclaimed “Oscars of Escorting” is a yearly ceremony presented by Rentboy.com that celebrates the gigolos of the world.
Dozens of fine males specimens dressed in jockstraps and very little else competed for top titles in 16 categories, including Best Newcomer (won by Duncan Black), Best Bottom (Killian James), Best Daddy (Adam Russo), and Best Boyfriend Fantasy (Blue Bailey), among others. This year’s ceremony was hosted by none other than Leslie Jordan, who got more than his fair share of grab ass and lap dances (lucky bastard!), and was held at the infamous NYC’s Out Hotel.

Am I the only one who thinks it’s disgusting to award prostitution? I’m 18, and most wouldn’t expect to hear that from me, but it’s wrong, it’s dangerous, and in most place illegal. It shouldn’t be celebrated, most of these men usually end up mentally damaged or dead.

You have to have an stomach made with iron to make sex with someone that you aren’t attracted to only because the money. One of the saddest things about prostitution is the fact that John and hooker pretend to be happy and satisfied in such situation ( that wouldn’t happen if the sex would be for free… ) To put your body – yourself – to rent is as immoral as to ask for money to donate blood or to sell a kidney.

I definitely like the idea of bringing prostitution out of the shadows. It’s a totally legitimate transaction. Just because you don’t agree with it doesn’t mean it should be illegal! And oftentimes the arguments against it (e.g. it’s dangerous) are a product of its illegality. Plus, these guys are hotttt!

Please)- I mean, people can say that they are being paid for their companionship, but everyone knows what is most likely going to happen. It is an act between two consenting adults, and even though the sex is usually of low quality, there is nothing necessarily harmful in it. As I said before, I am against drug use, but apart from that, prostitution is a very nice thing. Europeans have a much better attitude towards it than americans.
