In an attempt to quell the queer masses, presidetntial candidate Barack Obama announced yesterday that he’ll be adding a gay minister to his “Embrace The Change” gospel tour.
In response to an uproar from gay activists, Democrat Barack Obama’s presidential campaign on Wednesday added a gay minister to the lineup for its weekend gospel tour.
Gay activists had criticized Obama’s “Embrace the Change” tour in South Carolina because the performers included gospel singer Donnie McClurkin, who says homosexuality is a choice.
Obama’s campaign invited Rev. Andy Sidden, a South Carolina pastor who is openly gay, to appear on Sunday in Columbia.
Human Rights Campaign celebrated Sidden’s addition, but president Joe Solmonese told Obama that he’d like to see McClurkin ousted entirely:
“There is no gospel in Donnie McClurkin’s message for gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender people and their allies.” We agree – and you’ll find out why soon enough.

Clearly, Barry has a tin ear on these matters because he thinks he doesn’t know any homos. Am I right?

Good save.

Can you imagine if – just for supposition – Plessy v Ferguson was still the law of the land, and Brown v Board had never been decided, and that the Civil Rights Acts would have been diluted, and that Loving v Virginia had never been decided and that Obama was a legal bastard of discordant coupling and legal estrangement of his parents.
?
Now imagine a crusade where someone fighting for a Brown decision, a Loving decision, and better civil rights laws were on the same egalitarian platform as the Grand Dragon of the KKK and the leading preacher of the White Supremacist Church?
Got it!!
