I love the phrase “our man in Warsaw.” I know it comes out of an imperialist tradition and excludes half the population, but we should totally co-opt it. Adam Lambart is our man on Idol. Ellen is our man on TV. Rachel Maddow is our man in the news. Tammy Baldwin is our man in congress.

for the last 20 years poland has been in a state of constant political / moral / economical transition and also enormous growth so as everywhere we do have people that do not deal well with free market and globalism and most of all the tempo of those changes.
