RuPaul’s Drag Race fans rejoice, the show has officially been renewed for it’s ninth consecutive season!
This announcement comes just days after RuPaul and the show received their first Emmy nominations and a little over a month since the cast of the second season of RuPaul’s All Stars Drag Race was revealed.
“Season 9 of ‘RuPaul’s Drag Race’ will be bigger, better and more twisted than ever,” RuPaul shared. “Thank you, Logo, for continuing to provide a powerful platform for these brave, gorgeous and creative souls to tell their stories. They represent the hopes and dreams of all the outsiders around the world.”

I tried watching the 8th Season and couldn’t get interested. I’m glad for those who love this show but I’m not into it anymore. The novelty has worn off. So Sashay,away.

LOGO is a disgrace. With all of the gay content available, for what they put up they should be ashamed. Congratulations to RuPaul..this really is something.

Love the show and love RuPaul, an authentic, take-no-prisoners gay icon. Not at all surprised LOGO picked up the show again. RuPaul IS LOGO.

RuPaul runs a show but I don’t consider it to have much to do with male homosexual desire. I see his show as a bunch of men playing dress-ups.

I would love to know what the demographic is for this show because nobody I know watches it but it obviously has an audience. One of the mysteries of life I guess.
