Can Bill O’Reilly be more demented? Probably not: the Fox News man recently lamented a 10.5 year prison sentence for a woman who laughed about killing a “French, gay, tree hugger”. See the video, after the jump…

I love that his “co-hosts” are totally not backing him up on his opinion over what happened, to the point of heckling him when he doesn’t know the details of the case. The legal analyst almost sounds as if she might have been in favor of the jury finding her guilty of a more severe offense. But because it’s FOX she has to make it sound like yet another activist judge is out of control.

This hateful fuck needs to be run over himself.

He did NOT lament anything! Watch it again!
He’s in sympathy w/ the killed biker! The Gay Left should like O’Reilly! He’s pro domestic partnership and pro-gay couples adoption!
People need to REALLY watch something not just toe the Party Line!
Dave
I have to agree with Tom, O’Rielly said nothing mean or hateful about this guy who was killed by this woman. I do not like him, but he really did nothing wrong in this instance.
Mikey
How can you say that he did nothing wrong? They all did something wrong, and it was blatant. They are assuming automatically that the woman should get a light sentence. One of the newscasters said that the judge was good in withholding the taped conversation from the jury because the jury would have convicted her of manslaughter. So the fact that the judge didn’t let the jury hear the tapes gave the woman a lighter sentence, and O’Reilly and his newscasters are working on the assumption that that was a good move on the judge’s part, so that the lady would get a light sentence.
If you don’t see anything wrong with this news segment, then you’ve really been affected by the poor quality of TV news in America today. It’s not just the bias, but it’s also the sloppy presentation, the inane chit-chat, etc. that ruin news today. It’s just info-tainment geared towards a specific audience, to validate that audience’s beliefs. It’s not about informing citizens of current events.

Hold on there Mikey! Sorry if you see a conspiracy behind every Right winger but in this instance it is not there. I am sorry if you think the World hates you , but I have better things to worry about, such as making a living, thinking about some real change for the next President of the US. My advice to you is to stop watching Fox so much. As much as I love “Queerty” even this blog is wrong sometimes, as are you!
