Here’s an altogether new, altogether more Lycra-clad form of activism.
For the 2018 Mr. International Freedom Calendar, twelve muscly men from 11 countries were photographed in their Speedos — and proceeds from the calendar support San Francisco-based nonprofit The LGBT Asylum Project, an organization that aids LGBTQ immigrants trying to escape persecution by offering pro bono legal representation.

The calendar — which features men from the likes of Saudi Arabia, Colombia, Brazil, Uganda, Morocco and more — can be purchased for $30 here.
