As a wise person once said, “Money can’t buy you class”: Peter Brant Jr, the openly gay son of supermodel Stephanie Seymour and publishing billionaire Peter Brant thought it’d be a riot to tweet about killing President Obama on Election Day.
After getting a whiny election-related text from pal Andrew Warren that said, “Guess were [sic] poor now,” Brant replied, “I have a contingency plan. Kill Obama hahaha.”
“HAHA well Atleast [sic] women have rights. Oh wait I don’t care,” Warren replied, with Brandt, 18, chiming in. “Hahahaahaha exactly.”
“People seriously need to take a joke, the instagram obviously wasn’t serious,” Andrew tweeted on Wednesday. “Everyone can move on now I obviously believe in women’s rights.”
Below, Brant and Calvin Klein boytoy Nick Gruber kill it at karaoke.

Stupid? Rude? Juvenile? Yes. But let’s not forget that he’s a kid and kids say stupid things all the time. If the terrible things that every other 18 year-old boy said on facebook and twitter made it into the news we’d be inundated with reports like this. Let’s not attack this kid just because his mom is a celebrity.
·
A perfect representation of a rich spoiled disaffected asshole. Please no more stories about this douche.
·
Wouldn’t it be great if he crashed his overpriced car into a tree, thus shattering his skull and his socialite friends will have too watch him slowly haemorrhage and eventually die.
·
SPOILED BITCH…
Send him to prison…let him have some fun
·
Ew. Why did I click onto that video? I only watched about 3 seconds of it but…blech!
@2eo – How is your comment any less appalling than his? Answer: It’s not. It’s far worse.
·
When the Revolution comes, we will remember these idle chatterings of the aristocracy, as they are led to the gallows.
·
In the immortal words of Lewis Carroll’s Red Queen. OFF WITH HIS HEAD! It’s not like he is using it anyway.
·
wow another rich gay whiteboy racist. i’m so shocked.
·
He belongs with his peers, fellow nonentities Paris Hilton and the Kardashians.
·
I mean, on a list of the most terrible kinds of people, privileged, jackass socialites are up there right after all the serious stuff like murderers, rapists, etc. That being said, he’s just a stupid kid and there are plenty of kids who say stuff like that about whomever or whatever. Does this really need to be a reported story?
·
The New York Times did a profile on this douchebag and his brother a few months ago. If the piece was at all accurate, these kids are unbearably pretentious.
·
There may or may not be a law against threats on the President, I don’t know. But i do know that the FBI doesn’t wait to investigate such things. It’s a guarantee that, if he didn’t already have one, he now has an FBI file and they’ve looked at all his social media accounts, credit card statements, etc.
·
The vapid musings of some silver-spoon debutante-wannabe…. uggh.
·
@Ejzuber: This “kid” is 18 years old and legally an adult. It was a 19 year who fired the shot that killed the Austrian Archduke and started WW I.
The sister of a friend of mine made a similiar remark on Facebook and was visited by the Secret Service. This self absorbed little shit needs a visit too.
·
@Aidan8: Yes,Aidan8,old buddy! Vapid and
DOUBLE “uggh”!Creeps like Brant,in a time when so many people are
struggling, unemployed, many homeless, many desperate make revolution sound like
a reasonable alternative.
·
If his opinion meant anything, this would be a worthwhile article. It’s not.
·
Hopefully the FBI will talk to him…or will his daddy’s money but him out of it like always?
·
Drop him off for a week in a poor Caribbean country (far from tourists or resorts) and let’s see how he feels about gay rights in America!
·
@Little-Kiwi: You’re bad,Little Kiwi!_
Love it!!!!
·
Isn’t it officially a crime to threaten the sitting president? The FBI are very unlikely to see the “funny” side of such a comment.
I used to work at an airport and we had the same policy about people who made “jokes” about bombs – we do NOT have a sense of humour on that subject, and you WILL be spoken to by police about it, whether it was “obviously” a joke or not.
