The Regulars Comic, from Karl Hampe, is published every Friday on Queerty.

The Regulars Comic is a fun, snarky take on what might happen if a gay, urban attorney burn-out wound up running a coffee bar. It’s an irreverent weekly, web-based look at the silly, sexy, and enraging clash between gay pride and daily prejudice. Visit TheRegularsComic.com for more, and check it out on Facebook.
Social satire in comics is part of the larger field of cybernetics involving memes, synthetic character, actor theory, process art, etc. If you like cybernetics, these comics should process.

I’d hoped Queerty had dropped this lame “comic” for the new year. No votes for Best Blog for Queerty.

@ No. 4 · Jason “It’s hibiscus.” Maybe it’s saying that’s how black people talk : “Dey be sendin’ hibscus.”
·
That was seriously lame. The first one was kind of cute if it could have been political, but the Obama hibiscus and other ones sucked. #justsaying
·
The person who drew this cartoon really DID make the character say “hibscus”.
·
And Queerty put an apostrophe in Presidents Day ! Everybody go back to school.

Please stop. These really aren’t funny.
