Pushing Daisies actress Kristen Chenoweth lent her Tony Award-winning voice to this absolutely fabulous PSA fighting meth use among the gays. Who knew depressing topics could be so fun?!
It’s kinda cute, but totally useless against an addiction. It would be nice if a jingle did the trick. I guess if it made some kid think twice before trying meth it’s worthwhile.

I’m confused. Is this serious? It’s on the “Funny or Die” site, which is all comedic stuff.
Are they making fun of interventions? Drug addiction? Would this really cause anyone to think twice about trying meth? Heck, for those folks who despise show tunes, this kind of skit could send them running TO meth.
(RE: Chenoweth – I prefer “Star of the brilliant but failed Steel Pier”)

Hello, Broadway Snobs! Pushing Daisey’s is actually a hit, and Kristen is nominated for an Emmy for it. More people watch her in that show on a weekly basis (when it starts its new season) than have ever seen her on Broadway or soundtracks.
The snootiness is so unbecoming…

He likes kind of, um, chunky to be a serious meth head.
ALSO: If you’re going to blog for NY-based site, please refer to her as “Wicked star” not the star of some half-assed network TV bomb. Thank you.

Wow, that was all kinds of awesome!
I prefer “You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown” star. ;)

Most excellent! There are many ways to get a message across – humour is one of them.
