OH SNAP — Marc Jacob’s fashion show yesterday was supposed to be celebrity-free. Then Madonna called and asked to come, and given she is a superstar and appeared in Jacob’s Louis Vuitton ad campaign, how could he say no? Lady Gaga also made the front row, but then again, she was performing at the newly married designer’s after-party, so how could she be refused either? Ah yes, the after-party, where The Lady was a good forty-five days late in taking the stage for her lackluster performance. Famous people went. Courtney Love. Janet Jackson. Lindsay Lohan. Not to be overly snarky, but Lady GaGa was “a good forty-five days late in taking the stage” for an event that happened last night? Guess she has 44 more days to make an appearance.

Her performance sucked. Her music is pretty annoying too. And she looks like a chipmunk. I’m glad she’s a supporter of gay rights, but that doesn’t excuse her pretentious artsy performance.
