Yes, these groups can do a lot more to increase their diversity, but calling The Trevor Project, which works to help LGBT youths of all races in crisis, “a joke” because this organization lacks diversity is ridiculous. When a kid calls into the lifeline, nobody asks what race they are, they just seek to help them.
