It’s been two years since the historic Obergefell v. Hodges Supreme Court ruling made same-sex marriage the law of the land across the United States. To mark the occasion, we’re revisiting our favorite marriage stories and sharing new ones that remind the world that love is love.
Fraya Love is a Seattle-based drag queen. Last weekend at Pride, she decided to dress up at the current reigning LGBTQ icon, the Babadook.
Earlier in the week, Fraya’s boyfriend told her he couldn’t make it to the parade because he had to work. As Fraya was walking the route that afternoon, an Amazon Prime van pulled up.

The next thing Fraya knew, her boyfriend was climbing out of the van and walking towards her. He got down on one knee and, well, we’ll let Fraya tell you the rest.
