“I understand people having to make themselves known and felt and seen. And of course Black lives matter. Do we think our little White a**es are the only ones that matter? No!
There’s such a thing as innocent ignorance, and so many of us are guilty of that…
As soon as you realize that [something] is a problem, you should fix it. Don’t be a dumba**. That’s where my heart is. I would never dream of hurting anybody on purpose.”Dolly Parton speaking to Billboard magazine about Black Lives Matter and racial injustice in America.

She has done so much to help the folks in Tennessee including housing a bunch of them for free after some emergencies.
Instead of looking for the racist cruelty of the Republican party, I wish more people in the GOP base would look at somebody like Parton as the type of person they should be looking for in a leader. She is the opposite of Trump, humble, kind, caring, and a success in business.

I love Dolly for she’s the same as she has always been kind loving caring all of her life and very friendly to all and such a sweet woman all of our leaders need to take lessons from her in how to be a better human being and let her teach them a few new things. GO DOLLY

I’ve always liked HER (not what she does or her music particularly) for no exact reason that I could pinpoint. Now I can. She’s a decent person. Republicans-particularly the ones in the South-should take note. This is your blueprint. She is where she’s from, is who she is, but doesn’t need to stand on anyone’s neck to do so.
