We remember Ben Foster from his days playing Russell on Six Feet Under, where his scrawny figure, greasy hair, and attempts at facial hair would’ve kept him forever off the list of people we associate with the words “hot,” “gorgeous,” and “damn hot.” That was until X-Men III: The Last Stand, which hits theaters Friday. Ben plays Angel, a mutant with wings — and, more importantly, a washboard stomach, chiseled chest, and guns for arms. God bless you, Marvel Comics.

Ben is also quite a gifted actor with a mighty impressive range.
“Get Over It” was a hoot and not quite the teeny bopper flick it was marketed as.
He gave small but great performances in “Northfork” and “Laramie Project” and pretty much carried the TV version of “Bang, Bang, Your Dead” (a pretty tall order). There is also real buzz about his performance in in “Alpha Dog” – check out the trailer at their site:
