The proverbial wedding bells blared in the California desert this weekend as Australian singer Sam Sparro married his partner Zion Lennox.
Sparro is best known for his 2008 hit “Black and Gold”, and Lennox is a DJ.
“So excited to be marrying the love of my life tomorrow,” Lennox wrote on Instagram.
Sparro got the excitement train steamed up earlier this month, writing “I’m getting married in 2 weeks y’all,” along with grimace, celebration, and happy-hands-out-huggy emojis. Classic.

British musician MNEK and Sharlene Hector of LaSharVu made up part of the crowd of happy onlookers in Yucca Valley, where the ceremony took place.
Jake Shears was not there but wished the couple well on Instagram.
