Kina is one of the many amazing artists coming out tonight to perform at We Are Golden, a benefit concert for LifeWorks, a youth mentoring program at the L.A. Gay & Lesbian Center. An American musician best known for her work with Grammy-award nominated band Brownstone and her 2000 solo single “Girl from the Gutter,” Kina is performing a number with an entire Stomp the Yard crew.
Joining her in the line-up is Perry Farrell (lead singer of Jane’s Addiction), Etty Farrell and Chris Cox in their new electronic act “Perry-Etty vs. Chris Cox,” Carmit (formerly of The Pussycat Dolls), Beat Freaks (MTV’s America’s Best Dance Crew), and Grandfather Hector Extravaganza who is bringing together the children of the House of Xtravaganza for an out-of-this-world vogue-ball battle to be judged by celebrity choreographer, Brian Friedman (X-Factor). Check out www.openartistmovement.com for more information and performer line-up.
