MORNING GOODS — It’s one of these age old questions: Did veteran model Jon Kortajarena star in Tom Ford’s A Single Man (as Colin Firth’s hustler object of lust Carlos) because he starred in Tom Ford’s ad campaign (see Page 21), or was it the only way around?
