Tea Party Leader Danita Kilcullen Claims Florida Is Being Overtaken By “Gay Thugs”

A homophobic email written by a Tea Party leader from Florida has been leaked to the press.

Danita Kilcullen (pictured here in her 2011 police mug shot lol) is the co-founder of the Fort Lauderdale Tea Party. Earlier this month, she warned in a poorly-written email that if the Employment Non-Discrimination Act becomes law, it would force employers to “hire someone with orange hair, body/neck/face covered with tattoos, multiple piercings, or a man in a dress … or for that matter, a demonstrative effeminate male or purposeful butch-looking female.” Or maybe even someone with a scary mug shot and bowl cut!

The email was sent in the beginning of November, when ENDA was coming up for a vote in the senate before stalling. It was leaked to the press earlier this week.

Kilcullen also called Log Cabin Republicans a “thug organization with only their own ‘special interests’ in play.” Has she met any of these suit wearing queens?

Kilcullen has been active in her local Tea Party chapter since 2009. In 2011, she was arrested and booked into a county jail for drunkenly kicking a police officer in the chest with a three-inch stiletto.

Earlier this year, Kilcullen was accused of being a racist when she responded to a tweet written by R&B singer Toni Braxton regarding the acquittal of George Zimmerman in the murder of Trayvon Martin.

“I too am embarrassed to be an American when our government and society fail to empower and protect all people,” Braxton had tweeted.

In response, Kilcullen took to her personal Facebook account: “Yo, girl, you can’t take America’s justice system? Go be an African!!”

She later claimed her Facebook account had been hacked by “a gay Republican.”

So that’s what Vera Farmiga will look like if she lives to be 100 and is involved in a car accident.

  • Mr. E. Jones

Shouldn’t she be hunting down Dalmatian puppies to make a coat?

  • 2eo

    She looks like cancer.

Maybe a gay Englishman should take a look at her web security.

  • Dakotahgeo

Yet another another fallen victim out of an ugly tree and hitting every branch on the way down before hitting the ground… ouch! I am amazed at the styrofoam dummies that the Tea Party parades out in front of the public to represent their agenda(s). One would like least expect a non-jailbird who didn’t look like Mussolini after a bad night of Italy being bombed! Ewwww… plastic surgery won’t even help that gal.

  • RandallSM

Come on, now! When will we learn that stooping down to their level with ad hominem attacks makes us just as awful…as awful…aw hell, I just can’t do it. One eye’s going one way, one eye’s going another way; that ish is just distracting.

  • DShucking

Does anyone have the deets behind the mugshot?

  • westsideed

Gay thugs? Now that’s a witch calling the caldron black. How about her and her Tea Party bullies?

  • Taliaferro

Well, I have to admit, she does NOT look like a fun lunch date!

As a woman, Danita understands the risk that mainstreamed male homosexual acts bring to the social power balance between men and women. The idea that a man can compete with a woman for the sexual attention of men is at the heart of a woman’s fear of male homosexuality.

When a man can compete with a woman for the attention of men, it adds a powerful sexual competitor to the picture. Men have higher and more constant sex drives than women. He will consent to having sex with a man much more often than a woman would consent to having sex with a man. He will not ask for a monetary reward whereas she will often have a string attached to her agreeing to have sex with a man.

Such an idea takes away the one power that women have been able to wield over men since time began – ie the power to control men through their conditional consent to sex with him. This is why a lot of opposition to male homosexuality – particularly when it exists in men who also sexually interact with women – comes from women.

Opposition to male homosexuality is basically a female survival mechanism.

Let me quote Nancy Pelosi: “Who cares?”

  • Alan down in Florida

Gotta admit she’s got a face that could turn a man gay.

  • 2eo

@Alan down in Florida: I dunno, a face like that makes a man cough up blood.

  • Deepdow

Ugh, look at this fucking Diane Vreeland wannabe

Hope she only eat dry bolonee sammiches til the end of gay time.

    btw Fuck Alec Baldwin.

  • Bumper

She looks the epitome of a stereotypical lesbian that engages in S & M. I have no hate for either choice, but she looks just like another Larry Craig and just as ugly. It appears her closet runs deep. There is nothing normal about people espousing hate in such vitriol. Something is very wrong with “it”.

  • Ruhlmann

I thought it was Leona Helmsley come back from the grave.

  • Large Marge

Why is she wearing makeup? It’s not like it’s going to help!

  • Geoff B

@jimbryant: Just keep eating your own poop. I’m sure you’ll keep getting the rest of us to agree with you

  • AuntieChrist

What would a gay thug look like?…Rocks in the handbag running around in a sleeveless dress shouting…”I have the right to bare arms.” Then knocking some ugly woman with bad hair out and giving a forced makeover…Gay thugs sound scary. LOL

  • jimbryant

    Geoff B,

We know from the constant streams of stories here on Queerty that women are at the heart of homophobic reactions to men’s homosexuality. In fact, read any gay blog and you will see that women react negatively to homosexuality in men.

Women react negatively to homosexuality in men if it exists alongside sexual feelings for women. Such men represent a threat to her ability to control men. Homophobia towards men is closely tied up with the gender war that women conduct on men.

  • RayJacksonMs

    Ugly inside and out.

  • Cam

How convenient, the right wingers who hate gays and have also been opposed to any rights for women are now trying to blame women for the bigotry against gays.

    Nice try.

  • Patty

@jimbryant: Oh no Jim, I don’t believe that for one second! Whenever there is a Civil Rights or Human Rights issue, we women are usually front and center fighting for that right.
I think that other men are the ones threatened by gay men, because they have been taught that being gay means being different, and if nothing else our culture is afraid of the “different.”
I am married and the thought that I control a single thing my husband does is silly. We are grown ups, Jim, and independent. We just chose to live our lives together.
I hope and in my heart I believe that the views you expressed will die out in my lifetime. Because people who live fully as themselves are always the happiest.

  • Dakotahgeo

@Patty: YOU have indeed spoken a truism!!! I agree 100%. Most of my female friends have been vociferous in their fight for equal rights for ALL! Any person who is not happy with others, simply is very UNhappy with… themselves! Kudos!

  • RickinTheCity

This cow certainly doesn’t have Courage, Uniqueness, Nerve or Talent but she sure as hell fits the acronym!! Ugly ol’ sow!!

  • AuntieChrist

@Patty: Awesome comment…I am sure than posters here will enjoy hearing what you have to say…Unfortunately you directed it at the one person who will not listen…His comments are consistently misogynistic and I am sure he’s already convinced himself that you are lying and have an agenda…He is a very toxic self-loathing gay person.

  • Dakotahgeo

@AuntieChrist: Thank you, and there are far more people like that who I don’t even want to think about! They are of the plague.

  • CaptainFabulous

@Mr. E. Jones: ROTFL! So very true!

    @jimbryant: What dafuq???

  • Dakotahgeo

@CaptainFabulous: Thanks for your comment(s). You must realize that Queerty lets some of these __________ comment just for our entertainment. Unfortunately, one gets what one pays for, heh heh heh.

  • the other Greg

Let me know when Florida is overrun by gay thugs. When that happens I may finally go there. Until then, considering its idiotic gun laws and idiotic, um, idiots, it seems like a good place to stay away from.

@Dakotahgeo: When I saw this headline I was so-o-o-o hoping that jim (brian/jason) had chimed in on it with his bizarre misogynist conspiracy theories. Yes, it is entertaining.

  • jimbryant

There have been many, many stories on Queerty and other gay blogs about how women are leading the charge against male homosexuality. You can’t ignore them.

Even when men are leading the charge against male homosexuality, it’s often the women who have put them up to it. These homophobic men see male homosexuality as threatening a woman’s honor.

Here’s a perfect example of how a woman led the charge against male homosexuality, albeit years ago: Queen Victoria banned male homosexuality but not female homosexuality.

  • fredhotman

I like her constipated looks. The baleful eyes, the suffering for loosing her beauty, the petulant lips. How easy hate must be expressed
when there is nothing left. Ignorance takes over like a mirage. Poor Danuta.

  • NoelG

You are a fool on many levels, not the least of which is the disinformation you spread and possibly even believe. Research your facts and history when making the ridiculous claim that about Queen Victoria.

  • jeffinsydney

………………..if she had wooden teeth she could qualify as one of the founding fathers.

  • Maude

    @Geoff B:

What on earth do you find objectionable to jimbryants post?

  • Maude

Your posts are as pro gay as anybodies, so what the hell is everybody so pissed off about?!
