Judge Throws The Book At Adult Film Star Mike Dozer For Raping 14-Year-Old Boy

Adult film star Mike Dozer (AKA Christopher Steele) was just handed a 17.5 year prison sentence after pleading guilty to raping a 14-year-old boy.

Dozer met the boy on the hookup app Jack’D three years ago and was believed to be aware of the boy’s age prior to hooking up with him. He was arrested in December 2013 on federal charges of statutory rape, involuntary deviant sexual intercourse and aggravated indecent assault.

Dozer confirmed his sentencing details on Twitter:

But his legal woes are still far from over.

In a separate state trial that is still underway, he also confessed to exposing the boy to HIV without telling him. Pennsylvania law classifies this as first degree “Involuntary Deviate Sexual Intercourse.” Sentencing in that trail is still pending.

Should have walked away, his brains are obviously in his dick.

  • Steven Burr

I’d like to know what the 14 yo has to say. Did he say he was older?????

  • Bob LaBlah

What that kid deserves is a very hard non-sexual “slap” across his ass. He puts up a profile on a sight knowing full well it was gay sex orientated, lies about his age, hooks up with numerous guys and then cries fowl. Something is wrong with this picture if he goes unpunished as well. A line has to be drawn in regards to the “innocence” of these “victims”. Had he been kidnapped off the streets or lured off of the playground with candy I can see the outrage.

We live in a world where a twelve year old armed with an I-phone can tap into government agencies, banks or even their high schools and erase files at their choosing without severe consequence. Enough with this “innocent” child b/s.

  • Creamsicle

Having sex with a 14 year old is disgusting. Exposing him to HIV is even more so. That said, he’s getting way more time than that fucking Knott girl who committed a hate crime along with her gaggle of friends, and that smacks of injustice to me.

  • dvlaries

First, we have to decriminalize prostitution, then only can the porn industry hope for the legitimacy it pretends it already has. Not before that day comes can we hope for better screening of the people it hires. Until then, we can expect the occasional murderer like Jason Andrews, the thug like Sebastian Young, the thief like Bryce Evans, and the rapist like Dozer.

  • Luis H. Lopez

He should not have had sex without a condom and tell his partner he is positive , have sex with 18 or older not boys !

  • Otis Von Rothbart

When you hookup with guys on gay apps like grindr don’t expect them to tell the truth, they’re horny and after a good load they’ll leave not knowing how old the person is or if they were HIV+. That’s internet hookup life for you…. :/

  • Paco

He knew the kid was 14 and told the detectives that he liked them young. I find it really disturbing that people defend a grown adult that is not able to control himself like a common ape and places blame on a child that has become curious about his sexuality but has no real clue about the world yet. Basically expecting the child to be the adult and the adult to be the child.

    He is a monster.

  • Derek Perron

And yet jarrod from subway gets 12 for 5? Different girls.

Judicial system mis messed up. I wonder how many he would haven’t gotten if he was straight. And no I’m not excusing what he did

  • Spike

Something tells me that he’s going to have a difficult time in jail.

  • RIGay

It’s one thing to being duped by a minor, it’s another to be an out and out predator for underage males. This guy is just scum; glad they are locking him up.

NOW – Onto the teen – GRINDR really needs to get their act together; this whole thing sounds just really too convenient.

  • Stefano Gant

What’s the 14 year old on adult website ? Just saying.

  • Tobi

I’ve lived through the age of consent in the UK being 21, then 18, it’s now 16, with the likelihood it will drop to 15 in the next few years. I’ve spent time in many other countries where it’s always been 14-15 and still is.

I was enjoying sex from the age of 13 onwards, often with older partners, despite the law. I also doubt any minimum age of consent anywhere has ever stopped a paedophile from committing crimes, it often appears that such laws just end up criminalising the very people they’re supposed to protect.

There certainly should be laws in place to prevent coercion, especially from people in authority, incentivisation, etc. but I honestly can’t get excited over a 14 year old putting themselves out there looking for sex and getting it. I did the same.

I get the impression there’s almost a religious puritanism in America that sees consensual sex almost as a vice, like smoking and drinking, something to be barely tolerated whilst attempts are made to try and stamp it out entirely!

  • Mike Topjian

This case is interesting for its murkiness. He was entrapped. I think the penalty is excessive. His failure to wear a condom and be forthcoming about his medical status is very troublesome and I believe is his worst offense that requires accountability.

  • mr mr

Something has to be done about these minors going on hookup apps and pretending to be adults for the same reason that you have to be of legal age to walk into a bar. I saw a video of 16 yr old saying that he was on Grindr lying about his age. Check the link and start spreading the word about these illegal minors and the lies they tell online to adults on an adult forum.

  • Jonathon Popphan

Sorry, but I have no love for pedophiles. The judge was right to throw the book at him. In fact, his sentence should have been MUCH longer.

  • Noel Gabriel Gerena

That man is sick for doing that to a child. He should be in jail much longer than 17.5 years!

  • cburk1492

This guy got what he deserved. I can’t believe there are men commenting to defend him. If that’s you, then I’d like you to know that to a lot of other people, you look like a gross old horny man who is going to side with a pedophile porn star he idolized because he can’t get any real life action… Or you’re just a pedophile too.

I get the argument that the age of consent should be lowered and is lowered in other nations, but this is America and the law is as is. I was molested at 13 by a man in a gym sauna. I voluntarily entered the sauna after he talked to me and invited me in. I knew that something sexual was going on, and I went in. Once he did what he did, I realized full well that this wasn’t what I wanted. I looked up at a 45 year old grungy man and realized that this was wrong by my morals, my family’s morals, and by the government.

I went through years of subconscious torment. I couldn’t touch people, I separated sex an emotion, I hated anyone who resembled the man, and I felt an uncontrollable guilt. I do not care that I entered that sauna willingly, the fact is that that man was 45 and I was 13. Whether or not you think that kid was looking for rough Dozer sex or not, being physically ready and psychologically ready for sex are two very different things. So take your hand off your dick, stop defending him, and think about the situation.

Also- he had HIV and had unprotected sex. How could anyone defend him on that?

  • Tobi

@cburk1492: You felt “uncontrollable guilt” because… you were brought up to believe that sex is somehow “wrong”? You betrayed your family’s morals, because… sex is a dirty necessity of the christian marriage bed? You realised that the government was right, and having sex was wrong until you were at least 18?

I’m sorry but the problem isn’t with the age of consent but with the way you were brought up, believing sex is sinful.

Oh, and I very much doubt anyone is defending Dozier exposing him to HIV, but that’s a different issue, and would apply regardless of age.

  • cburk1492

Trust me, I get the whole “socially constructed reality” thing. I’m an anthopology Masters student. My point is is that this is how Anerican society is, and we can’t just throw that to the wind because a grown hot man wants to have sex with an eager young boy. Sex isn’t sinful, if the two people consent. I was definitely not of the age to give consent. And maybe that is just me, but you also can’t make rules for individuals. In American society, we coddle our children, it’s what we do. I have Croatian cousins who have been having sex with grown men since they were 14, but is that right? Who mandates what the appropriate age of consent should be? Are they right to have the legal age of 15?

In America, our societal rules are as is because we don’t think of children as adults until 18. Regardless of whether that is right or not, that has strong emotional and psychological effects on kids. I can’t say if this kid was ready for sex or not, but I can say that myself and a ton of other people who had sexual relations with people much older when we were young were traumatized for years. In American society, what he did to an American kid, is wrong.

  • Tobi

@cburk1492: So in effect, you’re going to accept the American “social construct” of infantilising of adults whilst simultaneously sexualising infants, a la JonBenét Ramsey without a fight?!!

OK, I honestly have no vested interest in the argument of lowering the age of consent in the USA, even when I was a twink myself at 13, and my sexual partners were the same age, I was gagging to get to grips with a Lex Barker style Tarzen. I am, however, delighted and grateful that there were men in their twenties and thirties who were happy to have sex with me long before I turned 18.

To my mind, if you’re old enough to get a job, drive a car or join the army, you’re certainly old enough to get laid, so 16 at the highest seems reasonable to me. I’ve truly never seen or heard of any issues in countries where I’ve lived where it’s lower, 14 in Spain, 15 in France, etc. I also noticed in Scandinavia that 14-16 year olds were outspoken about sex in front of their elders, and I thought then that probably ensures that coercion is much less likely to happen, given that there’s an absence of fear in speaking up about any issues surrounding sexual relationships amongst the young.

I’m not convinced that locking Dozier away for 18 years is warranted. Here in the UK, murder and manslaughter rarely generates such sentences, and drunk drivers who kill other people in car crashes often get away with just a few years in gaol, so his sentence does seems punitive to my eyes.

  • William F Tulloch

If an adult woman has sex with an underage straight boy, everyone thinks he’s lucky – hell the rapist teacher in WA ended up marrying her victim. Total double standard.

  • cburk1492

@Tobi: I don’t want to argue on this chain either, but I want to make my point clear. I grew up with these stringent rules about sex, as do the majority of American kids. It’s definitely not healthy, but it’s how we are raised. Breaking the social moral code then had a lot of unforeseen consequences that this kid will almost certain have to go through as well. An American man should understand these constraints and not go after a child. Period.

I don’t think 18 years is necessary, and he definitely got it worse since he’s a gay porn star. But he definitely deserves a few. And just a thought- manslaufhter and murder should generate large jail sentences, so here we can see a difference. Apparently the US sex laws are behind the world’s yet the UK’s punishments for murder are seemingly laxed. Different codes for different countries. Which is right?

  • semtex

“He knew the kid was 14 and told the detectives that he liked them young.”

Really? Could you please link to this information because I have never seen that anywhere.

  • Paco

@semtex: I’ll have to look. It was linked on another site in a previous article, to another article about this case.

  • Charles Schultz

17.5 years is a murder sentence where I live.

  • BigG

He’s a disgusting sociopathic pedophile. Glad he got a good sentence. Just because your hot doesn’t mean your a good person. He’s sick in the head. What’s even sicker are his followers.

  • Rob Laughlin

Im not convinced the kid did not lie about his age. We will never know if boy said, Im 14, and Dozer said, i dont care.

  • Stache

@William F Tulloch: Your talking about Mary Kay Letourneau. She wasn’t going to get anything but probation but kept going behind the judges back and seeing the 13 yo kid so the judge gave her the full 7 years in Prison. I agree that this is a double standard.

I have no problem with Dozer going to Prison though. Just a much lessor term. 17.5 years plus whatever he gets for the other looming charge is worse then people get for Murder.

  • Stache

@Paco: Either he’s the biggest idiot on the planet or the cops are fibbing. I just find that hard to believe. Plus, they’d have that recorded already.

  • Stache

The judge sounds like a real asshole. 3 years plus 14 years probation so he doesn’t do it again would be appropriate for something that was consensual after all.

  • youarekiddingme

@cburk1492: You can’t argue with Tobi on that issue…he thinks as soon as you enter puberty you should be “fair game.” 9-10 for girls and 10-12 for boys…he’s a sicko.

  • Invert

He’s not a pedophile- he’s an Ebophile. Pedohilia only covers up to age 12. A teen is not the same as a child.

  • Ludovic Disson

The only question I’m asking is : What the hell was a 14 YEAR OLD boy doing on a hookup app ??!!

  • Alistair Wiseman

Yes, here in America, call it what you want, but many of us look down on the idea of 13, 14, 15 year olds getting pregnant.

  • youarekiddingme

@Alistair Wiseman: can’t believe I agree with you!

  • Alistair Wiseman

So if you “decriminalize prostitution” then the porn industry will have “legitimacy” over the people it hires so there won’t be any more “murder(s)”, “thug(s)’, “thief(s)” or “rapist(s)”?

Let me guess. A Hillary or Bernie supporter?

  • Invert

And yet America tries 12 year old children for murder.

Old enough to have mental competence to commit murder but not old enough to consent to sex?

  • Creamsicle

Can we also talk about how he got 17.5 years on a plea deal? He must have had a shitty lawyer. Again, think of that hate crime committing Knott chick.

  • youarekiddingme

@Creamsicle: Orrrrrrrrr, there’s more to the story than has been let out. Like maybe some force used?

  • Bob LaBlah

@cburk1492: “I was molested at 13 by a man in a gym sauna.”

Forgive my ignorance but what were doing alone in a gym at thirteen years old? I don’t think even the YMCA allows kids into the steam/sauna area unsupervised. Something doesn’t sound quite right about your “molestation” charge and if what I am suspecting is true then you validate my claim in regards to my doubting the “innocence” of these kids.

  • youarekiddingme

@Invert: That only occurs in very RARE cases (case-by-case). If I understand the point that you’re making is that 12 year olds get charged as adults for murder…

In cases where a 12 year old commits a murder he/she is usually tried as a juvenile and punished accordingly (based on state law). Usually placed in facility until 18th birthday.

  • youarekiddingme

@Bob LaBlah: Bob, usually agree with you but…not this time. You blame the woman in the cowboy bar by herself with the short/short skirt on for getting raped? That wasn’t smart on her part either? She was older too! Being 13 in a gym/sauna area is NOT unusual. Sorry. Like the guy said, not smart on his part but let’s not attack him for being young, naive and molested shall we? Good night Bob.

  • Lancome Counter

In some common law jurisdictions, statutory rape is sexual activity in which at least one person is below the age required to legally consent to the behavior….
Rape, sometimes also called sexual assault, can happen to both men and women of any age. The U.S. Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) defines rape as: “The penetration, no matter how slight, of the vagina or anus with any body part or object, or oral penetration by a sex organ of another person, without the consent of the victim.

I’m not saying what he did was right, we have laws for a reason and we all have to follow the law! No one is above the law but there is a difference between rape and statutory rape.

  • Invert

@youarekiddingme: was actually thinking of Curtis & Catherine Fairchild-Jones. Convicted of murder at ages 12 and 13 respectively and let out until 17 years later.

  • youarekiddingme

@Invert: That was a mess. I agree, but they were NEVER TRIED!! They (through the attorney) pled guilty to 2nd Degree Murder. Never had their day in court. Never got to bring forth the evidence of repeated abuse…and they kept quiet while they were in prison. A total miscarriage of justice. Yes, they were the youngest to be CONVICTED as ADULTS for Murder. The courts, just like our government is ruled by $$$$$. Does anyone really think that if OJ Simpson was a bus driver from Watts that he would have gotten the trial and subsequent acquittal that he got?

  • Stache

@Creamsicle: That’s what I was thinking. It’s hard to believe he could’ve done worse. Although, I guess life in prison was in the cards too.

He probably had an over worked public defender. You get the justice that you can afford in our system unfortunately.

  • Chris Sledge

It’s 2016 and kids are way to out there so stop hooking up with twinks on hook up apps without verifying age my god you have to be dense, if he look young he might be young ???
and if you can’t help yourself and are supper into the daddy boy fantasy get ID first (it might not be all that hot or sexy but will keep you from getting 17 years in jail) ???

  • Tobi

@cburk1492: I fully accept there’s a huge cultural difference. However, I’ve noticed that higher age of consent laws in the USA also seem to get used to punish those whom they’re supposed to protect, for example the 19-year-old in gaol because his 17-year-old girlfriend’s parents insisted he be charged with statutory rape, even though they were enjoying a consensual relationship. Here in the UK, we have 13-14 year olds being charged with possessing, creating and distributing child pornography because they’ve been “sexting” naked pics. of themselves to classmates. I also find it hugely hypocritical that many states also permit marriage (and sex) with parental consent, starting at ages as low as 12-years-old in the case of Massachusetts, but insist those without parental approval must wait until they’re 18. I have to wonder, how many Americans really did wait until they were 18 before having sex?!

@Alistair Wiseman: “Yes, here in America, call it what you want, but many of us look down on the idea of 13, 14, 15 year olds getting pregnant.” It’s a pity then that the USA has the highest rate of teenage pregnancies in the entire world, more than the combined total of all the countries in Europe with an age of consent between 14-16. I imagine their low rate is due to youngsters being able to easily access birth control and comprehensive sex education from a young age, huh?

@youarekiddingme: You can’t argue with Tobi on that issue…he thinks as soon as you enter puberty you should be “fair game.” 9-10 for girls and 10-12 for boys…he’s a sicko. Hmm, unusually restrained for you, “Kid”, even if totally wrong. However, I’m glad my suggestion to hold your wrists under the cold tap before posting one of your hissy fit rants appears to be working. You at least didn’t feel the need to add one of your usual riders, that you’ve been molested by a priest, served in Iraq, been abducted by aliens, etc. etc. It’s progress, I guess, if not perfection, so well done!

  • Alex Baez

He can rape me anytime!! Woof!!

  • Alex Baez

Also you can’t rape the willing! ???????????????????????

  • kzen64

A little conversation usually turns out these underage kids on the social apps. They’ll usually tell you the truth eventually. I’ve seen guys as young as 12 on them, and promptly reported them. Their accounts were usually inactive about a day or so later.

The most stupid incident I recall was a 14 year old who, in the middle of the night, wanted to hook up with me (50yo) in the middle of nowhere, rural Indiana, smoke weed, and have car sex.

There should be some legal consequences for these underage kids. Most of them are getting into situations that are way beyond their maturity level. They need to know there are legal consequences to lying on these apps, as well as the potential of getting abused, gang raped, kidnapped, or killed. Don’t have any statistics but how many gay kids just go missing in this country. So many “run away” because their parents aren’t accepting, it’s easy to conjecture that some of these have been used and thrown by the side of the road dead.

  • Blackceo

    @mr mr:

It is still up to an adult to make a better judgment call. You have to use the head with your brain and not the head of your dick to still be smart. So while I’m sure there are those minors who lie about their age, its still up to the adult to be cautious if it seems like they may be under 18. I’d ask for ID and take a picture of it with my phone in case it was a fake just so I had evidence. Even if you don’t you have to be smart enough to say nevermind if you have some doubts about them being at least 18. Plenty of ass out there. Just not worth it.

  • Alistair Wiseman

It’s cute that you are on an American website telling American gays how wonderful it is for young American teenagers to have sex.

Your comment does nothing to counter my point that many Americans think it is a bad idea for 13, 14, 15 year olds having sex and getting pregnant.

  • Bob LaBlah

@youarekiddingme: Good night to you too dear. I was looking at it from the point of view of the insurance company that covers the gym and the rate they must be paying to allow unsupervised kids around a pool/sauna. People do pass out in saunas quite regularly and they are liable for injuries suffered.

But your right and I will leave it alone.

  • youarekiddingme

@Tobi: Did you take your prescription medications as prescribed by your physicians? You do remember what happened the last time? You know it’s part of the court-ordered probation after they chased you all over Europe?

Oh yes Tobi by the way, it is possible for one to have served in Iraq WHILST also having been molested by a priest as a boy. Difficult to comprehend for you (with part of your cerebral cortex not functioning) but nonetheless still a reality.

Now back to reality as the rest of the world understands it…You find yourself in a circular argument with others who post cogent thoughts on this site. It’s sort of like a vehicle accelerating whilst spinning its tires in the mud.

Feel free to continue to post about “wrist wringing and cold water on the hands”… It won’t make for any more convincing an argument about your endorsement of the lowering of the age of consent to puberty age. (Again 9-10 for girls and 10-12 for boys).

  • youarekiddingme

@Tobi: One other little question for you (only if you don’t get too upset)…What was Mum and Daddy doing whilst you were having these sexual trysts with these 30 year old men when you were 13-14 years old? Did they not supervise you? I am very sorry that you did not receive proper parental supervision as a child. That probably accounts for many of your current viewpoints…

17.5 years? Ha! Welcome to the USA where you can kill someone and only serve 12 months to 10 years on manslaughter charges, but if you meet an underage person on a Gay hookup app and have sex you get 17.5 years.

There are so many examples today in our society of how unfair the American justice system is.

A person can serve more time on drugs charges than murder in the United States. We’re so awesome.

  • Tobi

@Alistair Wiseman: “Your comment does nothing to counter my point that many Americans think it is a bad idea for 13, 14, 15 year olds having sex and getting pregnant”. Let me elaborate, given that two-thirds of American 15-year-olds claim to be sexually active and the USA has the highest number of teenage pregnancies in the developed world, I’d suggest that high age of consent laws coupled with a lack of sex education, leads to an inability to access and utilise contraception, something born out by abortion clinics in America who report that a surprising number of adults actually haven’t a clue as to how they got pregnant!

@youarekiddingme: “What was Mum and Daddy doing whilst you were having these sexual trysts with these 30 year old men when you were 13-14 years old?” I was sexually active with my peers at 13, I had to wait until 15 to get my hands on my first hunky muscle stud. I’ll let a mother of three give you her opinion, based on a very similar heterosexual case in the UK, that happened in the last few days.

  • youarekiddingme

@Tobi: You prove my point once again. No parental supervision. Having sex at 13-14? Getting with Hunky guys at 15? Where were your parents? You were given no boundaries or rules as a child. You talk about kids in the US lacking sex ed and you were that promiscuous at that age? Nothing to brag about and definitely the reason your views are so twisted on the entire subject.

By the way. Your article states convicted when he has been charged after the girl’s daddy found out about it (not the girl complaining about it).

  • Tobi

@youarekiddingme: I understand your angst, it must be truly agonising for you, to be a 40-year-old virgin living in your mother’s basement, turning chartreuse with envy reading about how all of us got laid way-back-when whilst you’re still left waiting in the wings. However, I have some good news for you, there’s a plethora of American-owned twink sites, whose raison d’être as far as I can tell is to find 18-year old guys who look a lot – and I mean a lot – younger than 18. Hmm. It only goes to show what you guys are really, really into, huh?! ;)

    • Stache

@Tobi: Yeah, there’s too many of those sites. Big ones like Helix studios where the guys look 12 in some of them. Clearly there’s allot of guys jacking off to young boy fantasies.

The only difference between Dover and the Helix members is that Dover wanted the real thing.

  • Tobi

@Stache: It also wouldn’t surprise me if sites like that don’t somewhat influence and possibly encourage younger guys to seek out sex, along the lines of a self-identifying “hey, I look older than that…” and leaving them feeling already late to the party. I also tell teenage members of my family that sex doesn’t have to be as aggressive as they are no doubt already seeing in porn. I certainly wouldn’t have wanted my first experience to be along the lines of the gymnastic brutal fuck-fests that the majority of porn sites seem to dish up as standard.

  • youarekiddingme

  • youarekiddingme

@Tobi: Thank you for the compliment on being 40…I’m actually in my mid 50’s. Thanks also for saying I’m a virgin. You see, being a virgin is not a insult (I know in your mind, being as promiscuous as you were) it’s actually a compliment. I am actually in a very happy relationship with a man for over 24 years now (and legally married for almost a year). So, I lost my virginity quite some time back (at least 24 years ago…) ;)

I really shouldn’t continue to correspond with you given the harsh realities of your up-bringing…The fact that mummy and daddy didn’t supervise you and you had all that unprotected sex at 13-14 years old. You then started having sex with “hunky” 30ish guys when you were merely a 15 year old pubescent boy. Also given the fact that you were probably sternly “disciplined” by the Headmaster in lieu of your parents.

Yes, I do understand now how you have your sensibilities shaped at allowing 9 year old girls and 12 year old boys the legal ability to give the “Consent” to have sex. I UNDERSTAND how YOU shaped YOUR sensibilities, but I will never understand YOUR LOGIC.

Please work your “crusade” toward sexual correctness toward the UK…where they really need it. Stay off the porn sites (where apparently you spend lots of time based on your posting).
