Man proposes to his boyfriend in adorable Splash Mountain photobomb

Reddit user Eugenius310 asked his boyfriend Chris to marry him by photobombing their Splash Mountain picture at Disneyland.

In a Reddit post, he writes:

I proposed to my beautiful and amazing boyfriend at Disneyland yesterday with the help of my niece and nephews who helped me make the sign a few months ago. He had no idea I was proposing and I told him that we should make ‘shocked’ faces for the camera. Little did he know I was going to be behind him proposing with a sign! I quickly hid the sign away after the drop and when we exited the ride we walked to see our photo and he was shocked. I got down on one knee and asked him to spend the rest of his life with me. He said, “yes”. ?

When asked how he managed to keep the sign hidden from his Chris until they got on the ride, Eugenius310 explained: “I kept it folded in my pocket. I made sure this was the first ride we rode to avoid him seeing it protruding out of my pocket.”

Eugenius310 also said that his mom asked him not to share the photo on Facebook because she was ashamed, so he posted it to Reddit instead, where it’s since gone viral.

Congrats to the adorable couple!
