The Queer Eye hosts are the latest notable figures to throw their support behind Joe Bidenâs Presidential campaign.
The fab five featured in a YouTube video posted over the weekend, promoting a virtual fundraiser that they will be taking part in tomorrow (September, 1), alongside Joe Bidenâs wife, Jill.
The video was also shared on Joe Bidenâs social media channels.
In it, the hosts â Jonathan Van Ness, Bobby Berk, Karamo Brown, Tan France, and Antoni Porowski â ask viewers such questions as, âDo you care about ending this pandemic?â; âDo you care homeless veterans? About the environment?â; âTrans lives? Black lives?â; âAffordable healthcare?â; and â adds Dr. Jill Biden â âDo you want to make life better for us teachers?â
How about we take this to the next level?

If you answer yes to any of those questions, they urge you to get involved with the upcoming U.S. election on November, 3rd. One way is to join the grassroots, virtual fundraising event theyâre hosting tomorrow at 12.15pm ET.
According to Biden spokesperson Michael LaRosa, Bidenâs daughter Ashley and several of her grandchildren are also expected to participate in Tuesdayâs event.
This is not the first time the Queer Eye hosts have got political. Jonathan Van Ness previously voiced his support for Elizabeth Warren while she was still in the race for the Democratic nomination. He also took part in a âCommunity of Prideâ event with Joe and Jill Biden in June.
Other celebrities to show support for Biden include Billy Porter, Eva Longoria, Kerry Washington, and John Legend, who all participated in the recent DNC. Cyndi Lauper will be participating in an LGBTQ Biden fundraiser on September, 14.
Tomorrowâs Queer Eye event comes a day after an online Biden fundraiser being hosted today by Cher. The Cher fundraiser (for which tickets reportedly cost between $1,000 per person, and rise to $100,000, according to Deadline) will also feature Pete Buttigieg and Sen. Tammy Baldwin. The Queer Eye event is being billed as a âgrassrootsâ event, with donations of any amount welcome.

Oh Queerty!
England bans conversion therapy – something to be celebrated. (Wish we could celebrate that here in the USA) And… you ignore this GREAT news to tell us that QueerEye supports Biden. What’s next? Water is wet?
You can do better than this.

I cannot find a way to join the fundraiser. Is it open to poor, unemployed people that want to throw a few bucks at Joe? I’d love to hang with the Fab Five. Ideas anyone? I went to JoeBiden.com/victory and it just wants my credit card details. đ
