Tumble for ya

WATCH: Aja backs closer and closer to the edge of the stage until… queen down.

There’s a simple equation to determine the level of comedy that’s produced by an unexpected tumble.

[Height of fall] plus [amount of flailing] minus [pain and/or injury] = funny/not funny.

In other words, as long as there’s no real damage done — and damaged egos don’t count — a fall can be pretty funny.

RuPaul’s Drag Race All-Stars season 3 queen Aja is known for her live slayage. She’s a formidable queen that we truly can’t wait to see come back with a vengeance on All-Stars.

That said, a good fall is still a good fall. And we’re hoping Aja herself is laughing off a recent tumble off the back of a stage.

This is the stuff the pratfalling community must study late into the night, yearning to reproduce:

And we give many bonus points for the way she pops back up immediately after the plunge.

A true pro!
