A man has a literal cross to bear trudging down the sidewalk; a ticked-off skater bashes her longboard into someone’s windshield; a vehicle appears to have been entirely misplaced by a valet attendant.
What’s the unifying factor in this mosaic depiction of a day in the life of Angelinos? Well if you’ve ever driven around Los Angeles flipping through radio stations, you’ve 100% ended up at some point with the windows down, belting the lyrics to Elton John‘s 1971 hit “Tiny Dancer.”
That’s the general mood of this anti-love letter to LA — a visually stunning romp around the city and its many eccentric inhabitants, set to Elton’s forever-classic and shot by filmmaker Max Weiland.
Oh, and Marilyn Manson shows up with a snake in an RV, because really what could be more LA than that?
