Israeli Politico Flees Gay Porn Past
An employee at the Israeli consulate has quit after Page Six blew up his porn spot. Dror Barak – whom you may know by his Raging Stallion name, Roman Ragazzi – quit earlier this week after Page Six started digging into his dirty background:
[Barak] worked in the administrative offices of the Israeli consulate while moonlighting as a “model” and gay porn star.In e-mails to an interested party looking to hire Barak for “modeling” work abroad, Barak – who at first identified himself as Ragazzi – said, “I am single. I work at the United Nations in New York. They don’t know about my other job, and that’s how it should stay.”
Barak told the party, “I need to know that I am not wasting my time here. And this is for real. I will need you to purchase a ticket for me online with American Airlines.”
Barak made clear in his email, however, that he does not work as an escort. Except when the script calls for it, of course…
The Sixers called Barak for a comment, but he denied knowing anything about it. He quit later that day. The consulates press representative had a bit more to say, although didn’t shed much light on Brak’s homoerotic history: “[Barak] worked in the administrative offices for over a year before leaving our employ earlier this week.”
Poor Barak. Although if you believe his website’s declaration – “[Ragazzi is] beyond a shadow of any doubt, the sexiest, hairy, muscled stud to turn up in the porn world in years” – then he shouldn’t have any trouble finding a new gig. God knows we’re going to keep our peepers peeled for his next – er – release.
I have nothing against porn performers (or escorts for that matter), but you have to be pretty naive in the age of the Internet to believe you can do porn movies or advertise yourself online and not have anyone find out about it. (Which is exactly why I have turned down many offers to do porn, lol).
Sad thing is that porn actors get paid crap, there are no residuals, profit sharing, etc. They get paid a flat fee per scene/movie and that’s it.
If the porn producing pimps actually paid the performers real money, they wouldn’t need regular jobs!

Apparently Roman Ragazzi’s boss Collin O’neal is promising to get back to the person involved in ruining Romans daytime career. He has been inquiring on myspace.com for answers. I think this will only get juicier as time goes by… I for one am keeping an eye on the daily rags for more news.
He used to be a close friend of mine. I am so disappointed that people are so eager to tear someone down… he has a lot of issues, but he is an incredibly good-hearted person and I know that this must have been very hurtful to him. I’m sad that he got himself into this situation, and I’m sad that someone was so happy to help take him down.
Quit? Was fired? Forced to resign? There’s a lot unsaid here. I’d always thought Israel (outside of Haredi asses and other religious nutsos) was very liberal about sexual matters. Waiting for more.
Yeah. I don’t get why Page Six was bothering to investigate this. He was an admin guy at the Israeli consulate; I don’t see where any of that warrants some sorta investigation.
It’s either some lame ass moron with too much time on his hands, or a jilted lover/admirer who just can’t help but be petty.
It’s a shame really.
Page Six should spend time hunting down (anti-gay) politicians and religious personae’s who are hanging out in parks etc instead.
