Lesbian bathhouses are actually shut down by brothel laws in many states, a friend of mine tried to start a 1 night only women's bathhouse at one of ours and it turned out that they're illegal and usually raided using anti-sex work laws…

Never heard of a lesbian bathhouse but there are certainly lesbian sex parties, at least here in New York. And lesbians have the lowest incidence of HIV of any demographic.
